You’re looking for safe areas, things to do, rooms that work for a family, and food that won’t get a thumbs-down from the kids.
So, we did the legwork for you. Here’s our list of hotels that get what families need – a little relaxation for the adults and non-stop fun for the kids.
1. Atlantis The Palm (Palm Jumeirah)
Let’s be real, this is probably the most famous family resort in all of Dubai. It’s a legend. If you’ve got the budget for it, you can have an incredible vacation here and never even step outside the hotel.
- What makes it so good for families: Every guest gets free unlimited access to the Aquaventure waterpark and the Lost Chambers aquarium. Big win. And for the kids, there’s a massive club for the little ones and a separate spot for teens called The Zone.
- Dining: You’re spoiled for choice here. Tons of restaurants have kids’ menus and half-board plans, which makes mealtime so much easier.
- Location: It’s right on the iconic Palm Jumeirah.
2. Jumeirah Beach Hotel
If you’re all about the beach, amazing views, and lots of action, Jumeirah Beach Hotel is a fantastic pick. People know it for its cool wave-like shape, and its location is hard to beat.
- The big family perk: All guests get free unlimited access to the Wild Wadi waterpark, which sits right next door. The hotel also has its own long, private beach. The water entry is nice and gentle, so it’s great for toddlers.
- Accommodation: For rooms, you can get spacious family setups or even villas. And yep, they have Sinbad’s Kids Club to give you a break.
- View: Oh, and the view? You get an incredible, direct look at the Burj Al Arab.
3. Rixos The Palm Hotel & Suites (Palm Jumeirah)
Looking for all-inclusive? This is your spot. It’s one of the only hotels in Dubai running on an ‘Ultra All Inclusive’ plan. For a family budget, that’s a genuine game-changer.
- The main draw for families: No surprise bills for food and drinks. It’s a huge stress reliever. Beyond that, the Rixy Kids Clubs are top-notch, with tons of activities to wear the kids out.

- Convenience: For your stay, they have big family apartments and suites available.
4. JA Beach Hotel (Jebel Ali)
This spot is part of a huge resort complex, complete with its own private beach. It has a cool countryside getaway vibe, but you’re still not far from the city at all.

You get an entirely different vibe here. This Polynesian-style hotel feels both luxurious and surprisingly peaceful, making it a great family escape.

Want to be in the middle of the action? This is a great choice. You get to stay in the buzzing JBR neighborhood while still having all the family-friendly features you need. You’re literally steps from the beach and The Walk promenade. So convenient.

- Leisure: For fun, you’re surrounded by playgrounds, movie theaters, and street performers. Boredom isn’t an option here.
7. Le Royal Méridien Beach Resort & Spa (JBR)
The location of this hotel is kind of the best of both worlds. You’re right by the busy JBR promenade (The Walk), but the hotel itself has this massive, green, and quiet property that leads right down to the ocean.

If you’re after luxury but also want a quiet spot in a popular part of Dubai, the Ritz-Carlton is your answer.
